Want to add a massage, book an excursion, or enjoy a special experience along the way? You can! Those extras are entirely optional and can be added based on what feels right for you.
Or simply spend your days swimming in the sea, lounging on the beach, exploring at your own pace, and soaking up the magic of Italy and Greece.
There’s no pressure to do everything. This is your time to relax, reconnect, explore, and enjoy the experience your own way.
All Flights, travel insurance, excursions, drinks,lunches/dinners, and other personal extras are not included. Please connect with AnnMarie before booking flights so we can coordinate group arrival times and transfers, otherwise you will have to pay for you own time to and from airport.

What exactly is included ?
5 nights in beautiful family run resort in Paros and Crete , cooking class, group boating adventure, wine tasting and dinners provided plus 30 min. Reiki session along with 2 womens circle shares, and a group hiking adventure plenty of time for ad on adventures or relaxing on the BIG BLUE ISLAND
1 night in Athens
How much will my flight cost me? Depending on where you are flying from and what airline this varies. Once you deposit you will be on an email list ( and we will have recommended flights)
Do I need a passport? Yes, silly YOU do! So check your passport dates asap! Or apply for a passport here: https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/passports.html
How much are the add on excursions ? This will vary. Depending on what you choose. You will have to decide 90 days in advance of coming. More Info Coming soon!
Will we get a daily schedule each day? No. This retreat will be very open (of course we will have suggestions for you) but it is up to YOU what you do each day. You get to do what YOU want for example: If you want to get up early and take a yoga class at 6am ( they have them at the hotel) you can do so every single day. If you like to sleep in and do your own thing all day and just meet up for dinner YOU can do so. If you desire to go island hoping one day YOU can do so ( with added fee for added things of course)
What will I do in Athens for 1 day? You can decide if you want to join the tour guides and go on a food tour or go and do your own thing for the day. It is up to you.
What should I pack? * More info Coming soon. For now just get your passport and deposit paid as there are only 10 spaces.
Do I need travel insurance? It is suggested but not mandatory. Travel insurance links coming soon.
What happens if I can no longer go? We do have a cancelation policy and will have waiver for you to sign ect. Basically as long as we can fill your spot you get a refund. If we cannot fill your spot (sold out) we do not offer a refund.
I am on the wait list when will I find out if I can join the sold out group? We will notify you asap.
What is the weather there in September? it will be beautiful -mid to lower 80 F and sunny of course it will be beautiful, xo
Where & What is this Greek island Amorgos? Amorgos is one of the most impressive Cycladic islands, boasting marvelous beaches with azure waters, gorgeous caves, ideal spots for diving, scenic bays and more!
How long is the ferry ride to and from the island? Depending on traffic (j/k)info coming soon. Check back.
My dinner is included but are my drinks? Not at this time!
How much will my lunch and breakfast be? Coming soon.
How much extra money should I need per day? This depends on you- we can explain more later.
What if I get sea sick? You can connect with your health person and ask them what they suggest but there are lots of over the counter options.
What if I don't want to eat meat? We do not have any special meals planned at this time, The meals are provided are what you get. That being said most countries and our hotel will usually have a non-meat dinner option but this is not guaranteed for every meal.
