Barre Lessons

Join AnnMarie for a personal, in-home barre experience! Barre is an exercise class that combines elements of ballet, Pilates, and yoga.

With support from a stationary ballet barre (or chair) AnnMarie will guide you in performing a series of small, isometric movements and stretches to target specific muscle groups.

These low-impact exercises are designed to improve posture, strength, and flexibility, while also providing you with a full-body workout.

Barre personal lessons last for 1 hour and are suitable for people of all fitness levels.

No prior dance experience is required.

Modifications can be made for those with injuries or physical limitations.

Private (1-person): $100/hr

Semi-Private (2-people): $80/hr each
